FindaSup is a contact platform that helps founders and investors discover each other, create profiles, publish startup pitch cards, exchange messages, request pitch deck access, report suspicious users, and use Google Play in-app purchases for premium features.

Information We Collect
- Account information: email address, username, Firebase user ID, selected role, email verification status.
- Profile information: biography, title, location, website, LinkedIn profile, company or fund name, profile image URL.
- Founder and startup information: startup name, category, stage, team size, investment need, short description, pitch deck file metadata and file links, visibility and premium status.
- Investor application information: investor type, investment budget, average ticket size, interested sectors, support types, prior investment experience, application notes and review status.
- Communication data: match/contact records, messages, pitch deck access requests, notifications and related timestamps.
- Payment verification data: Google Play purchase tokens, product IDs, plan IDs, payment status, verification result and premium entitlement records.
- Safety and moderation data: reports, report reasons, comments, moderation status, ban/flag information, admin alerts and security logs.
- Technical data: device notification token, app events, timestamps, diagnostic logs and basic device/app information needed to operate Firebase services.
How We Use Information
We use information to create and manage accounts, verify email, display profiles and startup cards, connect founders and investors, operate messaging and notifications, manage pitch deck permissions, process investor applications, verify Google Play purchases, provide premium features, prevent abuse, investigate reports, enforce platform safety, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.
Sharing
Profile, startup, investor and pitch information may be visible to relevant users inside the app according to the app's features and permission controls. Messages are visible to the users participating in the conversation. We use Firebase and Google services for authentication, database, storage, notifications, hosting and Google Play purchase verification. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect users, the app, or our legal rights.
Third-Party Services
FindaSup uses Google Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Storage, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Firebase App Check and Cloud Functions. FindaSup also uses Google Play Billing for in-app purchases. These services may process data according to their own policies and security practices.
Security
We use Firebase security rules, authentication, server-side verification, access controls and moderation tools to help protect user data. No digital platform can guarantee absolute security, and users should avoid sharing highly sensitive confidential information unless they are ready and have taken appropriate legal protections.
Data Retention and Deletion
We keep user data while an account is active or as needed to provide the service, protect users, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and maintain business records. Users may request account and associated data deletion by contacting findasupsupport@gmail.com. When we receive a valid deletion request, we will delete or anonymize associated account data unless retention is required by law, security, fraud prevention, payment records, or dispute resolution.
User Choices
Users can choose what information to add to their profile or startup pitch. Founders control whether to upload pitch deck files and whether to grant pitch deck access. Users can report suspicious behavior and contact support for privacy or account requests.
Children
FindaSup is intended for founders, investors and professional users. It is not directed to children. Users should not create an account if they are under the minimum age required by applicable law.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.

- Hesap bilgileri: e-posta adresi, kullanıcı adı, Firebase kullanıcı kimliği, seçilen rol ve e-posta doğrulama durumu.
- Profil bilgileri: biyografi, unvan, konum, web sitesi, LinkedIn profili, şirket veya fon adı ve profil görseli bağlantısı.
- Girişim bilgileri: girişim adı, kategori, aşama, ekip büyüklüğü, yatırım ihtiyacı, kısa açıklama, pitch deck dosya bilgileri ve dosya bağlantıları, görünürlük ve premium durumu.
- Yatırımcı başvuru bilgileri: yatırımcı tipi, yatırım bütçesi, ortalama ticket size, ilgilenilen sektörler, destek türleri, yatırım deneyimi, başvuru notları ve inceleme durumu.
- İletişim verileri: eşleşme/contact kayıtları, mesajlar, pitch deck erişim talepleri, bildirimler ve ilgili zaman damgaları.
- Ödeme doğrulama verileri: Google Play satın alma tokenları, ürün ID'leri, plan ID'leri, ödeme durumu, doğrulama sonucu ve premium hak kayıtları.
- Güvenlik ve moderasyon verileri: raporlar, rapor nedenleri, yorumlar, moderasyon durumu, ban/işaretleme bilgileri, admin uyarıları ve güvenlik kayıtları.
- Teknik veriler: cihaz bildirim tokenı, uygulama olayları, zaman damgaları, tanı günlükleri ve Firebase hizmetlerini çalıştırmak için gerekli temel cihaz/uygulama bilgileri.

Paylaşım
Profil, girişim, yatırımcı ve pitch bilgileri, uygulamadaki özelliklere ve izin kontrollerine göre ilgili kullanıcılar tarafından görülebilir. Mesajlar yalnızca konuşmaya katılan kullanıcılar tarafından görülebilir. Kimlik doğrulama, veritabanı, dosya saklama, bildirim, hosting ve Google Play satın alma doğrulaması için Firebase ve Google hizmetlerini kullanırız. Hukuken gerekli olduğunda veya kullanıcıları, uygulamayı ya da yasal haklarımızı korumak için bilgi paylaşabiliriz.
Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetler

Kullanıcılar hesap ve ilişkili veri silme talepleri için findasupsupport@gmail.com adresinden bize ulaşabilir. Geçerli bir silme talebi aldığımızda, yasal zorunluluk, güvenlik, dolandırıcılık önleme, ödeme kayıtları veya uyuşmazlık çözümü için saklanması gerekenler hariç ilişkili hesap verilerini siler veya anonimleştiririz.
Kullanıcı Seçimleri
Kullanıcılar profillerine veya girişim pitch'lerine hangi bilgileri ekleyeceklerini seçebilir. Girişimciler pitch deck yükleyip yüklememeyi ve erişim verip vermemeyi kontrol eder. Kullanıcılar şüpheli davranışları raporlayabilir ve gizlilik veya hesap talepleri için destekle iletişime geçebilir.
Çocuklar
FindaSup girişimciler, yatırımcılar ve profesyonel kullanıcılar için tasarlanmıştır. Çocuklara yönelik değildir. Kullanıcılar yürürlükteki hukuka göre gerekli minimum yaşın altındaysa hesap oluşturmamalıdır.
