FindaSup Account and Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your FindaSup account and associated personal data by contacting us at findasupsupport@gmail.com.

How to Request Deletion

1. Send an email to findasupsupport@gmail.com.
2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
3. Send the request from the email address registered to your FindaSup account, or include the registered email address in your message.
4. We may ask for additional verification to confirm that you are the account owner.

Data Deleted

After a valid request is verified, we will delete or anonymize account data associated with your FindaSup account, including profile information, startup/pitch information, investor application information, contact/match records, messages, notification records, reports connected to your account where deletion is legally appropriate, and Firebase Authentication account data.

Data That May Be Retained

Some data may be retained for a limited period where required for legal compliance, payment records, fraud prevention, security investigations, dispute resolution, abuse prevention, tax/accounting obligations, or to protect the rights and safety of users and FindaSup. Retained data will be limited to what is necessary for those purposes.

Processing Time

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law, security review, dispute handling, or technical limitations.

Silme Talebi Nasıl Gönderilir?

1. findasupsupport@gmail.com adresine e-posta gönderin.
2. E-posta konusu olarak Hesap Silme Talebi yazın.
3. Talebi FindaSup hesabınıza kayıtlı e-posta adresinden gönderin veya mesaj içinde kayıtlı e-posta adresinizi belirtin.
4. Hesap sahibi olduğunuzu doğrulamak için ek doğrulama isteyebiliriz.

Silinecek Veriler

Geçerli talep doğrulandıktan sonra FindaSup hesabınızla ilişkili profil bilgileri, girişim/pitch bilgileri, yatırımcı başvuru bilgileri, contact/eşleşme kayıtları, mesajlar, bildirim kayıtları, hukuken silinmesi uygun olan rapor kayıtları ve Firebase Authentication hesap verileri silinir veya anonimleştirilir.

Saklanabilecek Veriler

Yasal yükümlülükler, ödeme kayıtları, dolandırıcılık önleme, güvenlik incelemeleri, uyuşmazlık çözümü, kötüye kullanım önleme, vergi/muhasebe yükümlülükleri veya kullanıcıların ve FindaSup'ın hak ve güvenliğini korumak için bazı veriler sınırlı süreyle saklanabilir. Saklanan veriler bu amaçlar için gerekli olanlarla sınırlı tutulur.

İşlem Süresi

Doğrulanmış silme taleplerini, daha uzun bir süre yasal olarak gerekli olmadıkça veya güvenlik/uyuşmazlık/teknik inceleme gerektirmedikçe 30 gün içinde işlemeyi hedefleriz.
